Ingredients for Fig Walnut Pudding Cake Recipe

For the cake:

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 2 water glass flour
  • 1 pack Pakmaya Baking Powder
  • 1 pack of Pakmaya Vanillin
  • 2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons of Pakmaya Chocolate Chips
  • 3 tablespoon chopped dried figs
  • 3 tablespoons of crushed walnuts

For the top:

  • 1 pack Pakmaya Fig Pudding
  • 2,5 water glass milk
  • Pakmaya Chocolate Sauce

How to Make Fig Walnut Pudding Cake Recipe?

  1. Beat sugar and egg until creamy. Add the liquid and continue whisking.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon and continue mixing.
  3. Finally, add pieces of chocolate, dried figs and walnuts and mix with a spatula.
  4. Line the bottom and sides of a clamped bowl with greaseproof paper. Take the cake dough into the mold and bake it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (until the inside comes out dry).
  5. Leave the baked cake to cool.
  6. Cook the fig pudding with 2,5 cups of water until it thickens. After cooling for 10 minutes, pour it on the cake in the mold and put it in the refrigerator.
  7. After resting for 1 hour, pour chocolate sauce and serve.
