Fig Sleeping Recipe
Hello Dear Friends,
The last time I shared the fig sleep in my blog was in 2014. As a matter of fact, I learned this recipe around 2009, and I was very surprised that such a milk dessert could be prepared with only two ingredients.
The reason I shared it again years later was that it was one of the 5 healthy children's recipes I prepared for the Table Special Issue. It's really hard to find a dessert that has 2 ingredients, no refined sugar, and that's so beneficial for the digestive system.
This dessert is very easy to make but hard to catch. We ferment yoghurt just like yeast. If the milk is cold, it may ferment and condense, and if it is hot, it may intermittently raise its juice to the top. Therefore, if you have a degree, heat it up to 45 degrees. Otherwise, if you stick your finger in and it stays for 8-10 seconds without burning, it's okay.
The sugar rate depends on the sweetness of your figs. It will be more delicious if you use medium and sweet figs. If possible, I rest for 1 day and serve.
Love…
