Fig Marmalade

Release Date: 03-09-2014

Hello Dear Friends,

After our launch yesterday (I'll write the details later), I still can't say that I'm tired. When I tried to do the housework that I left out in order to finish my work today, I had to shuttle around the house again. Just when everything is over, ohh I'm comfortable, I thought that the street market was set up today. Don't mind when I say it's here, I realized it when I saw the aunts walking around with their Sunday bags from the kitchen :)

Come on, I took my bag as if it was nothing, I fell on the road. Today the market was very colorful and diverse. Grapes, figs and the plums took me away. I filled the bag when I said whether it's from that or that, your figs When I got home, I realized that I had crushed some of them.

reçel

so beautiful figs And because I couldn't bear to throw it, I immediately threw it into the pot... Exactly in 10 minutes, a delicious, delicious my marmalade It was.

As I always say, it's a small amount since we're two and a half reçel It takes at least 2 months though. When it comes to variety, the time gets longer. same Blackberry jam I closed it in an airtight way and took it to the counter. I will keep it in the fridge after opening.

Note: You can serve it not only for breakfast, but also with saltine crackers next to the cheese plates you have prepared.

Love…

Hello, Wouldn't it be better if we put the figs in a blender before putting them in the pot yet? Thanks.

I wonder if it works with green figs, Nilay lady? I was thinking what to do with the figs I have left.

    Hello there
I live in a polar country. Sometimes, untasted figs from Turkey come and are sold with the grain. I was wondering, is it possible to make jam/marmalade with dried figs? Anyone with a good recipe to share?

My figs are not ripe, since they will pass through the blender, I guess it won't be a problem, right?

It's okay, it starts to fall apart while it's cooking.
