Ingredients for Imam Bayildi Recipe
- 5 eggplants,
- 4 tomatoes,
- 2 medium onions,
- 6-7 cloves of dried garlic,
- 2-3 green peppers,
- 2 cups of oil,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Black pepper,
- salt
Fabrication:
- Onion, tomato, green pepper, finely chopped.
- The garlic is peeled.
- Eggplants are peeled and cut with a knife without removing the green stems.
- Eggplants are fried in oil until soft and placed in a napkin lined bowl.
- The remaining onions, tomatoes, peppers, garlic (whole) are thrown and roasted. When the tomatoes are juiced, the drink is ready.
- Eggplants are placed on the baking tray and their interiors are expanded.
- It is stuffed into the prepared inner eggplants.
- 10-15 minutes in the oven. It is served cooked further.
