Grand Vizier Turkish Delight with Ice Cream
Hello Dear Friends,
Grand Vizier's delight is a dessert that we love to consume lately. I think it was called Turkish delight because it disperses in your mouth when you bite it :) Normally, it is dipped in milk and rested, but if your sponge cake is moist like mine, there is no need.
As always, the hard part is to distribute it and roll it without breaking it… Therefore, after your cake comes out of the oven, you should always put on oven mitts and roll it, after waiting for a short time, you should open it and leave it to cool.
It is also useful to lubricate your wax paper, it can stick to the paper when you do not lubricate it. Finally, distribute the cake mix as evenly as possible so that it cooks evenly.
No matter what you do while wrapping, don't be upset if it cracks or breaks. Coconut is a master at hiding all the flaws :)
This recipe would be a great holiday treat, let me tell you…
Love…

Hello there. I did but the cake was hard and I couldn't roll it.
It may have something to do with the oven.
We were at breakfast with my brother yesterday, he made it for dessert with your recipe, it's a great dessert. I'm on a diet and I shouldn't use regular flour.
hello, the cake looks very nice, but in the part written for the cake it is not written where to use half a tea glass of milk and oil, it is for the cake, but I wanted to make sure before I make it. Thanks
Hello there. I'm a little bit surprised by the size of the teacups. How big is this teacup? There is a large size and a small size in my house. I don't know which one would be suitable. I would appreciate it if you could help. In addition, eggs are sold in the markets as large, normal and small sizes. Which one are you using? Thanks.
Hi Aylin, I use a small tea cup. I always use eggs ( M ) ie medium size. If I used a large size, I would fall into the tariff. Love…
It's wonderful, you did it perfectly with one word, my dear. By Allah, I can't trust myself in making rolls. That seems like the hardest part of the job. If we don't have experience one day, we'll consume it inside the house without showing it to anyone. Well done, my dear Nilay
Yes, Ms. Nilay, when I saw a wonderful dessert recipe, I immediately jumped and skimmed through the cover article. Thank you very much for your sensitivity. You seem urgent, Mashallah. Believe me, your blog is my culinary roadmap.
Thank you Ms. Aylin :) Best regards…
It is well written, but I think there is an incomplete explanation. There is no information on how to use the 2 glasses of milk written for the top of the dessert. I was just starting to make the dessert. :))) please help quickly. Take it easy.
I think you skipped the cover letter, Ms. Aynur:)
It says 1 glass of milk for the cream, is it a glass of tea or milk?
Hello Elif, 1 glass of milk.
