Ice Cream Cookies

I prepared for 10 years Velvet Cake Then I took a break to finish my work. Again, I made new recipes, but I did not have the opportunity to write. Meanwhile, Istanbul is so hot that we melt even where we stand at home. I had to open the oven for the recipes I was thinking of preparing in my mind, but even the thought of the oven working in this heat can cause extra bullshit :)

Anyway, I started by saying that this oven will work, one way or another. Our ingredients for the cookie dough are few and far between. They're ready to bake in 10 minutes :)
I started preparing the dough just like making a tart. After pouring the melted butter on all the dry ingredients except chocolate, I kneaded it until it was like sand.
I added egg white to make the dough come together. The white of a medium egg came just right for these measurements. Afterwards, I took it to the counter so that it was fully assembled, I gathered it with both hands and added the shortbread chocolates.
After collecting the dough again, I portioned it with an ice cream scoop without wasting time. I didn't need to add the ingredients little by little because I had clear glass sizes in my head, but you can add them little by little if you want.
Again, for the same reason, there may be a change in the flour size, but my measurement for flour was 220 g flour.
It turns out exactly 12 cookies and their size is pretty good.

Ingredients for Ice Cream Cookie Recipe
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cups of wheat starch
- 2 water glass flour
- Melted butter, missing two fingers from 1 cup (130 g)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- half a cup of chocolate chip cookies
Fabrication:
- Take the powdered sugar, flour, wheat starch and baking powder into the mixing bowl.
- Add butter to the mixing bowl and mix by kneading with your hand.
- When the mixture becomes like sand, add egg white and continue kneading.
- Take the dough that has started to come together on the kitchen counter and knead for 1 more minute with both hands.
- Put the chocolate chips in the middle of the dough and knead them into the dough.
- Tear off pieces from the dough with an ice cream spoon and arrange them 3-4 cm apart on the baking tray that you have lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees (17-18 minutes) until the bottom of the cookies is browned.
- Take the baked cookies out of the oven and wait until they cool down and serve by separating them from the tray.
Health to your hands. I'll do it too. How much butter is exactly? I'm confused here. Are we melting 130 g of solid butter or is it the amount we melted is 130 g?
