Hello Dear Friends,

These days, I'm obsessed with fresh broad beans :) When the beans have matured and the beans have started to show themselves in the market, I officially entered the hands-on mode :)

I tried many recipes, such as broad beans with olive oil and artichokes with beans. My new favorite is the fresh bean salad, which I boiled after removing the fresh broad beans and peeled them again to reveal their true greenness.

It is so light yet so delicious that remen turns heads. I'm thinking of trying this recipe as a pasta salad as well ;)

Ingredients for the Bean Salad Recipe

  • 300 g fresh broad beans
  • 5-6 stalks of spring onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 6-7 tablespoons of olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 4-5 tablespoons of chopped dill
  • salt

How to Make Deep Broad Bean Salad Recipe?

  1. Sort and wash the beans. Add enough water to cover it by 2-3 fingers and boil it on medium heat until it softens (10-12 minutes). Put the boiled broad beans in cold water and wait for 4-5 minutes to cool.
  2. While the pods are cooling, finely chop the onion and tomato. Grate 1 clove of garlic. Chop the dill and add it to the bowl.
  3. Take the broad beans that you have peeled and mix them by adding olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
  4. Serve the salad on a serving plate.

Hi Nilay, I have been your follower for a long time, but this will be my first comment. I wonder if all the recipes you give are good? I do it with peace of mind without saying thank you, health to your hands. I wish you continued success .
Looks great in this dish. By the way, the porcelain (ceramic) pots in which you put the food look great. I saw a glassware too, but they didn't know if it was heat resistant, so I gave up. You know, does it withstand heat?
    achievements . love

Hello Elif, first of all thank you very much :) Unfortunately, these containers of mine are not heat resistant. Some, especially the white and large ones, are heat resistant.

Heat resistant containers usually have certificates. love.
