Date Banana Sugar Free Cookies

Ingredients for Date Banana Sugar Free Cookies Recipe
- 1 medium ripe bananas
- 1 medium egg
- 5 small dates
- 1 teaspoon of oatmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 3 spoonful butter
How to Make Sugar Free Cookie with Dates and Bananas?
- Mash the banana in a deep bowl. Add the room temperature butter and mash together.
- Add 1 egg and mix with a fork, add the finely chopped dates.
- Add cinnamon and honey and mix.
- Add the oatmeal, whole wheat flour and baking powder and mix again with the help of a fork.
- With an ice cream scoop or tablespoon, portion it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper at 4-5 cm intervals.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature of the oven to 150 degrees and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Take the baked cookies out of the oven and let them rest until they come to room temperature and serve.
