Tips:
For a smoother hummus, don't forget to add 1-2 ice cubes to the blender.
You can adjust the consistency of the hummus as you wish by adding the chickpea boiling water little by little.
For 3 cups of boiled chickpeas, soaking 1,5 cups of chickpeas overnight is enough.

Hummus – Ingredients for Salad Wreath Hummus Recipe
For the hummus:
- 3 cup boiled chickpeas
- Half a cup of tahini
- 1 cup of chickpea boiling water (to be added little by little depending on the density)
- Half tea glass of olive oil
- 1 large cloves of garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoon of cumin
- 2 pieces of ice (for a smoother consistency)
Salad ingredients:
- 5 cherry tomatoes,
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 small red onion
- 2 pinch of parsley
- 3-4 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
Fabrication:
- For hummus, place the chickpeas, garlic, spices, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil and chickpea water in the bowl of a blender.
- After running it for 1-2 short cycles, add the ice and run it until you reach a smooth consistency. You can add a little more chickpea water if necessary.
- Let the hummus you have prepared rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Chop the salad ingredients into small pieces. Decorate the hummus that you spread on the plate.
