Ingredients for Homemade Fresh Pasta Dough Recipe
- 300 g all-purpose flour (2,5 cups)
- 200 g semolina flour (1,5 cups)
- 50 g olive oil
- 7 egg yolk
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tea spoon salt

Fabrication:
- Take the semolina for pasta, flour, whole eggs and egg yolks from the mixer's kneading chamber.
