Hello Dear Friends,

I decided to end the week with my easy cookie recipe that I told you before. One of the treats in the postpartum room was a practical coconut cookie. All the treats I prepared were very practical. Lohusa Sherbet I have pictures on my post too.

Ingredients for Coconut Cookie Recipe

  • 50 ml sunflower oil (half a tea glass)
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 water glass flour
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

For the coating:

  • half a cup of coconut
  • half a cup of powdered sugar

How to Make Coconut Practical Cookie Recipe?

  1. Put the butter at room temperature, together with the oil, into the kneading bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix.
  2. Add 1,5 cups of flour and knead. Add the remaining flour little by little and knead until it becomes a smooth dough.
  3. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough you kneaded and place them on the tray at 3-4 cm intervals.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes, until the cookies are lightly browned.
  5. While the cookies are baking, mix the coconut and powdered sugar in a plate.
  6. Dip the cookies that come out of the oven into this mixture while they are hot and transfer them to the serving plate.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
