Coconut Melon Dessert

I shared yesterday melon lemonade In my recipe, I wrote that I prepared 2 recipes from the tasteless melon. The second of these recipes Melon Dessert or alias Melon Jelly.
It is quite light and delicious. I used 1 tea glass because it is light and I want it to taste the starch. If you want to serve it on a plate like a mold instead of a cup, you should increase this amount.
The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to the sweetness of your melon. For this reason, I say give it a taste after passing it through the blender.
As I said, because it has a very light flavor, people are looking for a touch that will make you feel lightly while eating this dessert. For this, I preferred blueberry and blackcurrant, both of which are sour. It was more refreshing than the dessert I tasted plain.

Ingredients for Coconut Melon Dessert Recipe
- 500 g melon (seeds removed, diced)
- 2 water glass of water
- Half a glass of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of wheat starch
- 1 tablespoon (heaping) coconut grater
For the above:
- blueberries
- currant
How to Make Coconut Melon Dessert Recipe?
- Take the diced melons in a medium-sized pot and pass them through the blender.
- After adding starch, sugar and water on it to avoid any roughness, pass it through the blender again.
- Put the pot on medium heat, add the coconut grater into the melon mixture and cook by stirring.
- Divide the dessert, which has the consistency of pudding, into cups or bowls.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and then serve with fruits.
