From Turkey Meat to Islam

Today, my mother-in-laws made a turkey stew and I liked it better than chicken. In fact, the trick is the turkey meat. Since it is much more oily than chicken meat, it tastes better.
Of course, as much as white meat, lamb and veal meat can also be soaked.

Ingredients for the Islama Recipe from Turkey Meat
- 4 dry phyllo (you can order phyllo dough)
- 7-8 turkey wings
- 1,5 liters of water
- 200 g butter
- 2 cup crushed walnuts
- (Salt if your butter is unsalted)
How to Make Islama Recipe from Turkey Meat?
- First, take the turkey meat in a deep pot and boil it with 1,5 liters of water.
- Roll each of the pastries in 3 finger widths. Cut the wrapped phyllo at 3-4 finger widths.
- Take the boiled meat out of the water and shred it.
- Dip the pieces of phyllo that you have prepared in boiling turkey water and wet them thoroughly (the phyllo will be completely wet) and transfer it to the serving plate.
- Continue the same process until all the phyllo pieces are gone. Melt the butter.
- Arrange the soaked phyllo on the serving plate and sprinkle the shredded chicken pieces on it.
- Pour the melted butter on the serving plate and serve hot, sprinkled with walnuts.
