One of my wife's favorite, affordable and delicious offal. Turkey Neck. Currently, 750 grams is around 30 liras. The meat and water that comes out isn't bad either. Ingredients for Boiled Turkey Neck Recipe

• 750 g turkey neck
• Salt
• 7 water glass of water

How to Cook Turkey Neck Recipe?

1. Wash the turkey neck, put it in the pressure cooker.
2. Add water and salt to it and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
3. Cook for 45 minutes after the whistle blows. 
4. After removing the air from the pressure cooker, carefully open it and scrunch the flesh.
5. Serve with soup or rice, if desired.
