Hibiscus Sorbet

hibiscus and pomegranate flower are definitely not the same thing. However, we are known by this name. No matter what name you say when you go to the herbalist, you get the same dry leaves. Except for preparing sherbet, this herb is the same. green tea You can use it by brewing it with some hot water. While I'm boiling, I add lemon slices to it, which brings out a little more of its sour flavor.
You can adjust the sugar according to your taste, but I think 1 glass of granulated sugar is just right.

Ingredients for Hibiscus Sorbet Recipe

- 1 lemon
- 2 liters of water
How to Make Hibiscus Sherbet Recipe?
- Take hibiscus, dried rose, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom into the pot.
- Turn on the stove by adding sugar and water to it, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- When the water starts to boil, wash and add the sliced lemon with its peel and boil it for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the stove and leave the syrup with the ingredients to cool.
- Take the syrup that comes to room temperature in the refrigerator.
- Serve the cooled syrup with ice.
