Ingredients for Hibiscus Basil Sherbet Recipe
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 pinch of hibiscus
- 1 cup granulated sugar (can be reduced as desired)
- Juice and peel of 2 lemons
- 3-4 cloves of dried cloves (optional)
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 7 cups of boiling water
How to Make Hibiscus Basil Sherbet Recipe?
- Wash the basil in plenty of water.
- Put the hibiscus, sugar, cloves and cinnamon sticks in the pot.
- Add basil on it and pour hot water.
- Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, boil for 1 minute, cover the pot and let it brew.
- Strain the cooled sherbet into a jug, put it in the refrigerator, and serve cold.
