Nurse Cake

My ex-colleague Coşkun asked me to make a birthday cake for his beloved wife. Based on his wife's being a nurse, I came up with a few ideas and finally came up with this cake with a stethoscope, a band-aid and sugar paste pills. The content of the cake consists of fresh blackberries, chocolate sponge cake, chocolate pastry cream, chocolate ganache. New cakes are coming soon, love to all of you...
