Pasta Salad with Halloumi Cheese
Hello Dear Friends,
The recipe of the day was created thanks to the Halloumi Cheese from Cyprus :) I fried the halloumi cheese in butter for breakfast, with eggplant or in a salad I love serving.
My stomach started to itch this afternoon. While I was thinking about what to do, a little pasta left in its bag caught my eye. You know, if you throw it away, it won't be added while cooking other pasta, that's just the way it is :) When a glass of dry pasta comes out, I said I'll make a quick salad out of it.
Since I love salads and garlic yoghurt, I always have the sorted and washed greens in the refrigerator and the garlic yoghurt that I prepared beforehand. When you mix them, you usually get something delicious :)
I loved the combination of macaroni and halloumi cheese. I just added yoghurt, but you can add some mayonnaise if you want. You can also increase the material as much as you want.
I have a lot of salad and sandwich recipes this time, stay tuned.
Love…
