How to Make Carrot Cinnamon Pie Recipe?
- Grate the carrot and leave it without squeezing the juice.
- Sift the flour, cinnamon, vanilla and baking powder into the same bowl. Add coconut and mix it.
- Take 3 eggs and 1,5 cups of sugar in a deep bowl. Mix until it is like snow at the highest speed of your mixer.
- Add 1 cup of liquid oil to the rising egg and sugar and continue mixing.
- Add the sifted dry ingredients to the bowl and mix first on low (so that the flour does not scatter) then on high speed until there is no roughness.
- Finally, add the walnuts and grated carrots and mix well with the help of a spatula.
- Grease your cake mold with oil, then sprinkle with flour. Pour the cake batter into the mold and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
- After the cake has completely cooled, remove it from the mold. Since the inside is cooked late, the top will be a little darker, shave them with the help of a knife and set aside.
- Divide the cake crosswise into 3 equal parts. Divide the whipped cream you prepared between them and on top of it.
- When the decoration with whipped cream is finished, serve by sprinkling the pieces of cake that you shaved and set aside.
