Hello dear friends,

I haven't had such a busy week in a long time. Those who know me well already know that I am in a rush all the time… Phones that do not stop at my busy schedule, work that needs to be done, and my entrance to the kitchen became like short breaks when mornings started :)

Carrot Salad with Yogurt

Carrot tarator, also known as carrot salad with yoghurt, is one of my favorite getaways. One of the flavors from my childhood, a recipe that is as delicious as it is practical...

In this chaos, I look forward to our traditional barbecue party, and I miss the time I will spend with you. Fortunately, I'm meeting with you tomorrow and I'm taking a break from this hustle and bustle for 1 day.

See you tomorrow…

Ingredients for Carrot Tarator Recipe

  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1 glasses of yoghurt

  • salt

Will we use oil or olive oil? There is a difference in the recipe with the ingredients.

I wrote that because I usually use olive oil, but if you use oil instead of olive oil, it will be lighter.
