Cocoa Pudding with Boiled Eggs
It's one of those recipes that everyone is curious about but most don't dare to try. Most of us were wondering if hard-boiled eggs would make pudding until we tried it :) It doesn't smell like eggs, but I used tangerines from the garden to make it a little more secure. You can use either orange or tangerine.
By the way, if you boil the egg and put it in ice water and wait a while, it peels beautifully like this.
