Poppy Wreath Donut

Ingredients for Poppy Wreath Muffin Recipe
- 3 water glass flour
- 1 water glass milk
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- Half a teaspoon of granulated sugar
- small pinch of salt
- 1 package baking powder
For between:
- 4-5 tablespoons of black poppy
For the above:
- 1 egg yolk
- Granulated sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil (for greasing the mold)
How to Make Poppy Wreath Bun Recipe?
- Take the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt and sugar into the mixer's bowl. Attach the hook of the mixer and mix a little.
- Add milk and olive oil and knead a full dough first at low speed and then at medium speed. (2-3 minutes is enough)
- Take the dough you have prepared on your kitchen counter. With the help of a rolling pin, open it to be a square of 30×30 cm.
- Spread the poppy paste on the dough you opened and roll it.
- With the help of a sharp knife, divide the roll you prepared into 2 parts lengthwise and wrap them together as in the photo.
- Grease the cake mold generously, place the dough in it and connect the ends of the dough.
- Brush the egg yolk onto the dough. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
