Mustard Carrot Celery Salad

I was thinking that my first celery recipe this winter would be a soup I made for my daughter, but I have no objection to it being something much more delicious :) Here is a delicious celery salad that you can prepare in a short time :)

In us, ketchup, mayonnaise and russian salad usually color the hot dogs, but I definitely recommend you to try it with this recipe.

Ingredients for Mustard Carrot Celery Salad Recipe

• 1 medium size celery
• 1 medium carrot
• 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 5-6 pickled gherkins
• 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar
• salt
• mill black pepper
• finely chopped parsley optional
• 1 heaping tablespoon granulated Dijon mustard

How To Make Mustard Carrot Celery Salad Recipe?

1. Peel the celery and carrot and grate them on the large grater.
2. Chop the pickled gherkin into cubes or rings. Finely chop the parsley.
3. Take the materials you have grated and chopped into a deep bowl.
4. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix.
5. Serve immediately or after resting for a while.
