Anchovy Fillet

A very simple, effortless and satisfying fish anchovy. I couldn't like other fish anyway. Thank you Asu Mom made it for us last night. A little kitchen secret for you not to dry this little fish: Frying it in low oil, medium heat and turning it quickly makes the fish softer and more delicious.
Ingredients for Anchovy Fillet Recipe
- 1 kilo of anchovies
- 1 water glass measure of oil
How to Make Anchovy Fillet Recipe?
- The anchovies are carefully sorted by someone else :) The oil is heated well and the stove is put on medium heat.
- Filleted anchovies are cooked in hot oil for 1-1,5 minutes. It is cooked from front to back.
- It is served with plenty of salad on the side.
