Breakfast Halloumi Cheese in Tomato Sauce

As I explained in my egg with potatoes recipe last week, I am continuing a healthy nutrition & weight loss program specially prepared by my dear dietician Dilan and changed weekly. This week, there was a breakfast that I could prepare once a week within that list. This breakfast had classic cucumbers, peppers, carrots, olives, etc., but this time he suggested that I cook the cheese with tomatoes to add some action.
I also think of tomato, one of my favorite types of cheese, for which I prepared my fried halloumi.s came to lay on the bed of sauce. It turned out such a good flavor that we couldn't get enough of it. I gave the recipe in the previous post. I used my capia pepper tomato sauce. The recipe is here :)
If you want, you can add halloumi after chopping and cooking with pepper and tomato.

Ingredients for Breakfast Halloumi Cheese in Tomato Sauce
- 4 slices of halloumi cheese
- 1 cup tomato sauce with capia pepper
- 1 pinch of parsley
Fabrication:
- Fry the halloumi cheese in a pan without oil and set aside.
- Put the tomato sauce in the pan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Add the cheeses to the hot tomato sauce and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Put the cheeses on a serving plate with the sauce, serve with parsley or fresh basil.
