Poncik

Although I can't convince my beloved wife to buy a cat (my pressure continues), I have a tiny, cute and grumpy parakeet. This bell bird, whose name is ponçik, does not write 2 words to you if it is outside.

It sits on the keyboard of the laptop and chases my fingers. If there is tea or coke, it pike right into it. Although we haven't been able to get our 5-month-old daughter used to the ponchi (rebel spirit) yet, our efforts continue. If there are friends who keep birds at home and get along well, I look forward to their advice. I hope you like my 3 square poncik photo novel I prepared for you :))

Let's talk about our dessert. Crispy, warm and fresh, I think nothing can replace homemade desserts that do not contain the slightest additive. It was no different from the ones made in patisseries or sold on the street. I have a little suggestion for you, try to eat the dessert with yogurt, you will love its taste. Love to all…

From here I call out tocim again:  Tociii nooolurr let's get a cat and name it mud, pleasepeeenn :(

For sherbet; Put the sugar and water in the pot, mix until the sugar dissolves and let it boil, when it is about to reach the consistency of syrup, add the lemon juice and remove from the heat.

Photo 1-2 Put the water and butter in a steel saucepan, stir before the water boils so that the butter melts well.

Photo 3-4 Slowly add the sifted flour to the pot and mix. Add salt and sugar and fry until you get a dough that does not stick to the pot (8-10 minutes on low heat).

Photo 5-6 Take the pan off the heat, spread and collect it with a wooden spoon, and let the dough cool without crusting. Once warm, break the eggs one at a time. Add semolina and rice flour (or starch) and knead with a wooden spoon or mixer until you get a smooth dough.

Photo 7-8 When your dough comes together, fill it into a cream pump fitted with a knurled cap, squeeze into 10-12 cm long strips, divide it into pieces and connect the ends.

Photo 9-10 Throw the sweets you cut into the cold oil and turn on the stove at the lowest, fry the sweets by shaking the pan from time to time.

Photo 11-12 Throw the fried desserts into cold syrup immediately. Take the desserts that have soaked the syrup for 5-6 minutes on the serving plate.

Note: After each frying, cool the oil for a while, otherwise your dessert will not brown well.

The syrup of this type of dessert should be very thick.

It looks very nice. I made it according to the same recipe, I fried it well, but after I put it in sherbet, I did not understand why it became soft. I looked at everything and made it exactly according to the recipe. What should I do to make it crunchy.

When the sweets are fried from the oil, they should be left in the hot, COLD setting.. that is, the dessert should be hot and the syrup should be cold. hi.

Oops, I used to see this dessert years ago on wheelbarrows in front of Emin, you know, this bagel was sold on one side and this ring dessert on the other. I closed my eyes once, I said that's how we buy the bagel, and it was very good, now I will make it with your recipe, of course, it should be crunchy, provided that you follow the recipe exactly, my sweets. good luck like yours dear

Emotional, if you follow the recipe I gave to the letter, it is impossible for the consistency not to hold. Dessert should be crunchy.

For years, I had resisted my children's saying, "Mom, let's get a cat", and said, "No cat can enter this house, iiiyyyy what a disgusting animal, I don't like it at all". but we have had cats in our house for 2 years :p... My God, what a cute, sweet animal they are, they are my sons!.. I had a son, now I have 3(L). Now I'm angry at my catless years. I hope you will have a cat very soon, these animals that give unconditional love, have become indispensable for me.

Ms. Fatos, you are so sweet, thank you for not leaving me alone in this struggle :). I also admire these noble beings, who have had cats for years. If the support continues to come, I think we will convince the husband soon. Love…
