Ingredients for Haddock Frying Recipe
- 1 kilo of haddock
- 2 glass of cornmeal
- 2 glass of wheat flour
- 3 egg yolks
- Oil for frying (1-2 tablespoons of butter optionally)

- Wash the cleaned fish thoroughly and put it in a strainer to drain. Take wheat and corn flour on 2 separate plates. Add salt to the wheat flour and mix well.
- Whisk the egg yolks well in a bowl. Dip the fish first in wheat flour, then in egg, then in corn flour and fry in hot oil with added butter.
