Ingredients for Goulash Recipe
- 1 kilo of ground beef
- 3 pieces of onion
- black pepper
- red pepper
- salt
- half a spoon of thyme
- parsley
- a tablespoon of vinegar
- a tablespoon of flour
Fabrication:
- Melt the butter, add the beef, and add the onion cut into three rings, close to cooking.
- When the onions turn yellow, add black pepper, red pepper, half a spoon of thyme and salt and let it cook on low heat.
- Add a tablespoon of vinegar and add half a liter of water close to cooking the meat.
- Take a ladle of broth, mix a wooden spoon of flour with this water, add it to the meats and cook until the meat is tender, add parsley and serve.
