How to Make Rose Dessert Recipe?

  1. First, let's prepare the syrup for our dessert. Sugar and water are placed in a saucepan and boiled. When our syrup starts to thicken, the lemon is squeezed and cooked for 5-10 more minutes, then taken from the stove and left to cool.
  2. Our dough is kneaded by mixing all the ingredients for our dough. Our dough is divided into 3-4 parts and rolled out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1-2 cm and cut into 6 rounds with a tea glass.
  3. The cut circles are placed on top of each other as in the picture below, and they are wrapped starting from the bottom part of the circle and cut in half in the middle. The ends of the roses we have prepared are straightened a little by hand and arranged on the tray. In this way, when we have finished all our dough, our dessert is baked in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Chilled sherbet is poured into our desserts, which come out of the oven, while they are hot.

yes no photo. I think there is an error in the number of dough. 3 roses are obtained from 2 round dough. Sliding, that is, it is placed in such a way that 1 cm of it slides to the left or right when stacking, and is wrapped around the narrow side of three cylindrical doughs. that I put a hazelnut on the right and left ends of the top round dough. When you divide the roll you are lying on, when it is placed with the hazelnut side up, you can see the hazelnut in the middle of the rose.. Bon appetit :))

There seems to be a defect in the wrapping process,

“The cut circles are stacked on top of each other as in the picture below, and they are wrapped starting from the bottom part of the circle and cut in half in the middle. ”

You said, however, from which part of the circle and there is no photo at the bottom :)) I may not have understood because I have not made such a dessert before; If you explain and give details about this part, I would be very happy :))
