Rose Tea

Lately, I've been wanting a drink all the time. When I have to work long hours at the computer, I always want to have something at hand. When I got bored of tea, coffee, light cola and ice tea, I gave myself to herbal teas.

I prepared before apple linden ve quince sage you already know. I don't want to consume fruity teas because the weather is getting warmer and I'm in the cruising phase of the dukan diet. While searching for the solution in lemon tea with chamomile and parsley, I discovered rose tea during our Saturday tour of the Spice Bazaar. We actually went out to buy garam masala and came back with loads of spices.

We were prepared (especially on Saturdays) as our attempts to drive to Eminönü were repelled by the inability to find a parking space. We left the car in Üsküdar Doğancılar and walked to Salacak, give your hand to Eminönü by ferry from there. Of course, we scrutinized Tahtakale again. It was a long walk and shopping.

I inhaled the fragrant scent of dried roses until I got home. Like lemon balm or green tea, I use a french press to brew rose tea so I don't have to strain it extra. In fact, I do not think of using the rest as a tonic to refresh the skin.

Well, what does this rose tea do, except it smells good and gives us a positive mood? From what I read, it is good for throat infections, cough and nausea. It also helps regulate bowel movements. Compresses were also applied to the eyes with conjunctivitis or reddening.

I don't think it's okay not to drink while this is the case. Love…
