Hello dear friends,

Next week, those who taste things that most of you see in the market or in the market but haven't tasted, are usually Ayy! We start with the avocado, a fruit he calls what a lousy thing.

making guacamole sauce

Raw avocado leaves a bitter and unpleasant taste in the mouth. Its ripe form is also considered strange because it does not suit the common palate. For a long time, I gave the same reaction to the taste of avocado as I did to the liver. Come see that lately I can eat spoonfuls and even I enjoy it immensely. But even though I say look at my wife, it is very useful and incredibly nutritious, she insists on not eating it by saying that "everything that is useful tastes so bad". As a last resort, I will try to feed it by making a guacamole sauce based on onions, garlic, lemon juice and tomatoes. I really like this sauce for smoked and grilled meats. I even use it to prepare simple sandwiches like in the photo.

Avocado is a fruit whose homeland is Central America, and it is also called crocodile pear there. It has been produced in our country since 1970. I saw that they were sold for 50 cents each in Antalya or Bodrum markets. If you come across our place in the market, and if you wait a little for the evening market, you can buy 3-4 of them for 5 liras.

There are various kinds of guacamole sauce, but the most well-known is the recipe I'm going to give you right now. Fresh coriander leaves are chopped into it, but if there is no parsley, you can also use it. Since I wanted to have a flavor of coriander in it, I crushed and added some coriander seeds.

Finally, I decided to separate one of the seeds of the avocado and germinate it. For this, you stick a toothpick on the 4 sides of the seed without damaging it much, as in the same photo, and leave it on a glass full of water with the core touching the water. The result is visible after 4 to 6 weeks. If the seed germinates, I will take it in a pot and continue growing it.

Love…

How to Make Guacamole – Avocado Sauce Recipe?

  2. Chop the onion finely. Crush the garlic and transfer to the bowl with the onion.
  3. Finely chop the tomatoes without removing the seeds. Remove the seeds from the pepper and chop finely in the same way.

I wrap hard avocados in newsprint and leave them in the kitchen cabinet for 2-3 days.. they become soft.. You can also mash the avocado with olive oil, salt, pepper and a little cream and make a wonderful sauce.. especially with tenderloin or t-bone steak. is happening.. :)

I haven't tried it, but the recipe is the same as the roasted eggplant salad. Does it taste so good that I didn't wonder, right?;) I think it could be better with pomegranate syrup.

You will either get the soft ones while you are buying them or keep them in the heat for a few days. sometimes I split in half and leave it overnight. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't :(

If you store hard avocados with apples or potatoes, they will begin to soften sooner.

    This is my favorite flavor.
Even if we are on a diet and do not eat bread, I will eat this flavor with bread in the first move I leave the diet.
Also I like the core idea.. Great idea, I will do it too, I hope
    Thank you so much
    Yours ..

If you plant the seed directly into the soil, it germinates and turns green. It is a very fast growing plant. I make avocado by crushing it with white cheese.. Try it that way, love.

I use lemon and salt, it tastes better. I live abroad in Germany. It has been done this way in restaurants for 35 years. It is very delicious.
