Ingredients for Keşkul Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon of almond flour
  • 1,5 tablespoons of starch
  • 3 tablespoons of rice flour
  • 5 water glass milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Fabrication:

  1. Take almond flour, granulated sugar, starch and rice flour in a saucepan and mix.
  2. Add two glasses of milk and mix until there are no lumps.
  3. Add the rest of the milk to the saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
  4. Divide the Keşklü into bowls, decorate and serve when the crust is tied.
