Ingredients for Green Sauce Pasta Recipe
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Half bunch. rocket
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of walnuts
- 100 gr. feta cheese
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, optional 5-6 sprigs of fresh basil
- Salt, pepper
Fabrication:
- Arugula, parsley, optionally basil are washed with plenty of water and chopped.
- It is added to other materials and passed through the rondo until it reaches a paste consistency.
- After the material is thoroughly shredded and becomes a paste, it is taken into the pan.
- It is cooked on low heat until it releases its water.
- It is decorated with walnut pieces and served in a sauce bowl or on pasta.
