Fresh Bean Soup
Hey! There is a street market tomorrow. I love going to the market and walking around the stalls. Hmm, how is the tomato, it's cheaper on the counter, the mint is fresh, and time flies by like water. Of course, I also have an indispensable market car, so don't ask :) After years, I am justifiably happy to be able to find a market car that suits my taste.
Before I go to the market, I try to make use of the vegetables left over from last week and to make room in the refrigerator. Today was the pre-Sunday general wrap up day. I must say that I am very satisfied with the results :)
I usually use onions in vegetable soups, but this time I decided to add the leeks at home to the soup. I think it was 1 click tastier than the onion.
Finally, the work of arranging the house front does not end! The kitchen is pretty tidy (I even hung my veteran knives on the wall as I wanted :)) but the studio part has the consistency of a "gypsy tent" as the old saying goes.
That being the case, he says… back to work.
Love…

I made this for my 1.5 year old daughter today. I put in a clove of garlic. It was great. He drank a big bowl. Thank you
I didn't quite understand the process of going through this rondo. The food is already cooked.
Mrs. Aybüke, the soup becomes smooth and has a nice consistency when it passes through the rondo, you can pass it through the rondo to leave it grainy if you want.
If we want to use fresh onions, how many should we use?
Hello, today I want to make this soup. I just wonder what the white creamy thing you put on it. I'm very envious :)
Hello, on the cream :) Good luck.
When you put a liter of water, the soup does not turn out to be such a dark green color? Would we put the potato even less?
Hello Burcu, the color is light green, as in the photo, but maybe your potato may have been a little too much as you said.
These recipes are amazing :)
Hahahahaha Nilay, your market car is really just for you :)) I love it, it's a grandma model :)) Let's go to the market one day I'll walk behind you because I'm ashamed of my car :)))))))))))
