Gruyere Cheese Sauce and Wings

Last night my wife had her usual fried chicken crunch. This time, I wanted to color the fried chicken with a different sauce and bring some innovation. Roast Wings You can find the recipe here. The sauce I tried went very well with the fried chicken like pomegranate. The garlic in it adds an incredible flavor and whets one's appetite. Sauces with Gruyere cheese are usually used for grilled meats, but I recommend you try it like this.
Gruyere Cheese Sauce
Ingredients for Gruyere Cheese Sauce and Wings Recipe
- 60–70 gr. Gruyere cheese
- chicken wings
- 3-4 tablespoons of raw cream
- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5-6 sprigs of parsley
- Salt, red pepper flakes
How to Make Gruyere Cheese Sauce and Wings Recipe?
- All the cheese and garlic are cut into small pieces or grated in the rondo.
- The parsley is washed and finely chopped and added to the cheese.
- Whisk together the cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- It is served with meat or on a separate plate.
