Hello Dear Friends,

That's why my post is up to this hour 😅 When I announced that I would start the appetizer series, I asked you which recipes you would like me to try and share. After the comments from there and my own thoughts, beautiful videos emerged.

In one of the messages I received, he said, "Have you ever tried hibeş, it's better than hummus and more practical." I was really surprised when I tried it. It is unbelievable that it is so practical and does not look for hummus. Of course, I love hummus, but I would definitely say give this energy-filled recipe a chance.

Ingredients for Hibesh Recipe

• 1 glass of tahini
• Half a tea glass of lemon juice
• 1 tea glass of water
• 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
• 1 teaspoon of cumin
• Half a teaspoon of salt
• 2 cloves of garlic

Fabrication:

1. Take the tahini into a deep mixing bowl. Add red pepper powder, cumin and lamb and mix with a whisk.
2. Add lemon juice and continue mixing.
3. Add the tahini juice, which is contracted due to the lemon juice, whisk and transfer to the serving plate.
4. Serve garnished with spices and parsley, if desired.

    Super easy nutritious healthy cheap taste. It can be carried. It can also be used as a dip. With raw carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, etc. With chips, too.
    You can also sauce zucchini and carrot appetizers that are kneaded in olive oil and then cooled, instead of yogurt.
    Versatile. Make it short.
