Granola is consumed with milk or yogurt like muesli. I use 4 tablespoons of granola in 3 tablespoons of yogurt during pregnancy.

Of course, not just for breakfast, especially if I'm in a hurry and I don't want to leave the house without a snack, I prepare this mixture quickly and consume it.

If you look at the forehead, all the ingredients except oatmeal are up to your taste. For example, instead of pumpkin seeds, you can use sunflower seeds or maybe chia seeds.

You don't have to keep the mixture so crowded, you can just prepare it with almonds.

In this recipe, after baking your granola and cooling it completely, you can add raisins or cranberries to it.

This amount is about 10-12 servings. You can prepare it again in half an hour as it is finished.

  • 1,5 cup of oatmeal
  • half a cup of walnuts
  • half a cup of raw hazelnuts
  • half a cup of raw almonds
  • 3-4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
  • half a cup of seedless raisins
  • half a glass of molasses
  • 3 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

How to Make Granola (Homemade Granola) Recipe?

  1. Chop walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts into large pieces and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add oatmeal, cinnamon and pumpkin seeds on top and mix.
  3. Mix the honey and molasses in a bowl and add to the dry ingredients and mix until they are all covered in molasses.
  4. Cover the baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread the granola mixture on the tray.
  5. 6 minutes after placing it in the oven, remove the tray (be careful, it is hot), mix the ingredients in the tray with the help of a spatula and return it to the oven.
  6. After 5-6 minutes, do the same mixing process again and put it in the oven.
  7. After baking for another 5 minutes, turn off the oven. Open the oven door and let the granola cool while in the tray.
  8. Crush the completely cooled granola in your hand and put it in the jar. If desired, add dried fruit and store it and use it for breakfast.
