Ingredients for Gaziantep's Indispensable Taste Abugannuş Recipe

  • 4 eggplants
  • 4 green peppers or 4-5 green peppers
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 1 capsicum peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Vinegar
  • Pomegranate Syrup
  • olive oil

Gaziantep's Indispensable Taste Abugannuş Recipe Recipe How to Make?

  1. Pierce the eggplants, roast the eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic wrapped in foil.
  2. Put all the cooked ingredients in a pot with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Peel the skins and finely chop them with a knife, and do the same with the garlic.
  4. Add vinegar, pomegranate syrup, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and mix.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
