Gavurdagi Salad

The most important feature of the Gavurdagi salad is that all the ingredients included in the salad are chopped even smaller than the backgammon membrane, including walnuts. If there is olive oil and plenty of pomegranate syrup, it is a perfect taste.
Ingredients for Gavurdagi Salad Recipe
- 3 pieces of tomato
- 4 sprigs of scallions
- 3 long green peppers
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon of pomegranate molasses
- 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of walnuts
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 sweet spice salt
How to Make Gavurdagi Salad Recipe?
- Peel the skins of the tomatoes according to your choice and cut them into cubes.
- Chop the onion, parsley and green pepper very finely and add to the tomatoes.
- Season with pomegranate syrup, olive oil, salt and red pepper.
- Add the walnuts, mix for the last time and serve.

I don't normally like walnuts, but I have used them in a garlic press. They are tiny and they are eaten without being understood, and the taste is great with pomegranate syrup, I recommend
