Pickled Garlic

I like pickled garlic as much as pickled beans :) Practical and delicious!

Pickled Garlic

Materials

  • Fresh garlic
  • Vinegar
  • Lemon salt
  • Granulated sugar
  • Salt
  • Su

Instructions

  1. Fresh garlic is washed. It is placed in a drum. Salt water is added on it. Once a day, the water is drained and salt water is added again.
  2. This process is repeated for 3 days.
  3. On the 4th day, vinegar, salt, lemon salt, granulated sugar and water are mixed and added until the garlic is covered. It is checked from time to time and turned upside down.
  4. After 1-2 weeks, your pickle is ready.
