I said I have plenty of salad recipes these days :) Another of these recipes is a smoked turkey salad. I am giving this recipe especially before Christmas so that you don't waste the leftover turkey pieces after Christmas.

Ingredients for Smoked Turkey Salad Recipe

  • 120 g smoked turkey (I usually take the breast and slice it however I want)
  • 1 avocados
  • Quarter means chervil or parsley
  • 3-4 leaves of navel salad
  • Quarter bunch of dill
  • Quarter bunch arugula
  • Half of 1 small Chinese radish
  • 1 small onion

For the sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
  • 1 sprig of dill
  • 1 small pickled cucumber
  • Red pepper
  • salt

How to Make Smoked Turkey Salad Recipe?

  1. Wash the dill, lettuce leaves and parsley leaves and set aside. Soak the arugula in water in which you have added vinegar for a while, then take it out and wash it under running water.
  2. Peel and wash the onion and finely chop it.
  3. Put the arugula, dill, parsley, cucumber salad and sliced ​​onion in the mixing bowl.
  4. Slice the avocado in half of the radish. Add them to the salad, add a little salt and mix (you can add a little extra virgin olive oil if you want)
  5. Take all the mixed ingredients into the serving bowl.
  6. For the dressing, put the finely chopped dill and pickled cucumbers in a small bowl. After adding some salt and red pepper flakes on it, add mayonnaise and mix it and set it aside.
  7. Cut thick slices of smoked turkey and finely chop. Saute in a pan without oil on medium heat until lightly browned and add to the salad.
  8. Mix all the dressing ingredients well and pour over the salad and serve.
