Before the holiday, I heard that Dear Derya, one of Chefshool's graduates before me, opened a cafe in Şişhane and prepared sandwiches that I would love very much in her cafe. When we said tomorrow, today, we went after school and became a guest of him. It was an incredibly enjoyable getaway for a sandwich lover like me who is into heavy meals all day.

I left behind all the tiredness of the day while tasting the hot and cold flavors of FUDU hosted by dear Derya.

This tiny cafe mostly serves the offices around Taksim and Şişhane. There are great salad options for office workers who are worried about what to eat while dieting. They also prepare small multiple-choice meeting packages that will add color to long and boring meetings...

My advice to you is to try the Halloumi Cheese & Muhammaralı Wrap with Plain Tortilla and Roast Beef & Cheddar Cheese & Caramelized Onion Hot Sandwiches on Panini Bread.
