Fried Potato Salad
What a great flavor! How about trying potato salad in a different way than the classic method? I have previously shared my cauliflower potato salad recipe with you. You can find it here.
It is very easy to make, just prepare all the other ingredients while the potatoes are frying and mix them while they are warm. You can be sure that it will go especially well with meat dishes.

Ingredients for Fried Potato Salad Recipe
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 capsicum peppers
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Half a bunch of dill
- Green parts of 5 spring onions
- Salt
- Red pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Fabrication:
- Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Chop the peppers to the size you want.
- Let the potatoes rest in vinegar and salt water for half an hour to remove their starch.
- Fry the potatoes, which you have drained and dried well, in hot oil. Fry the pepper in the same way.
- Chop all the greens and put them in a mixing bowl. Add the fries and spices, mix and serve.
