Fried Egg
Today we had our first practice exam at Chef School, my exam went great. All in all, it was quite enjoyable for me. We whipped mayonnaise and prepared creamy broccoli soup in 2-3 minutes, cutting techniques are a bit boring but necessary :) I will share these two practical recipes with you soon.
Fried egg is one of the favorite recipes of our house, and it takes no more than 5 minutes to make. If you want to brew a tea and prepare something practical, I recommend you to try it.

Ingredients for Roasted Egg Recipe
- 150 gr roast
- 1 medium onion
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 2 spoonful butter
- salt
- black pepper
Fabrication:
- Peel and chop the onion. Put the butter in the pan and fry the onion until it turns pink.
- Cut the roast into cubes and fry it together with the onion for 2-3 minutes.
- When the roasts start to brown lightly, break the eggs and cook on low heat until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Serve to taste with salt and pepper.
It looks great, I'll ask you something healthy, since I can't find roasted meat abroad, can't it be done with normal meat?

What do you think, if we make the recipe with the fat of the meat without adding butter or putting it much less than in the recipe?
