Ingredients for Cauliflower Fries (with Eggs) Recipe
- Quarter cauliflower (half if small)
- 1 egg (large size)
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 cup of flour
- salt
- oil for frying
For service:
- 1 small yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
Fabrication:
- Divide the cauliflower into florets.
- Boil the cauliflower in boiling water with a pinch of salt until it softens slightly (about 1-3 minutes). Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
- Whisk the milk, egg and flour in a deep bowl.
- Dip the boiled and drained cauliflowers in this mixture and fry them in hot oil.
- Take the fried cauliflower on a serving plate and add garlic yogurt on top.
- If desired, fry butter and red pepper flakes in a small pan, pour over the fried cauliflower and serve.
