Even though we make many different kinds of cauliflower dishes, fried cauliflower always has a special place with the taste of those old tables. 

When its crispy fried exterior and soft interior are combined with garlic yoghurt, it turns into a true nostalgia feast.

Ingredients for Cauliflower Fries (with Eggs) Recipe

  • Quarter cauliflower (half if small)
  • 1 egg (large size)
  • 1 water glass milk 
  • 1 cup of flour
  • salt
  • oil for frying 

For service:

  • 1 small yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt

Fabrication:

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Boil the cauliflower in boiling water with a pinch of salt until it softens slightly (about 1-3 minutes). Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Whisk the milk, egg and flour in a deep bowl.
  4. Dip the boiled and drained cauliflowers in this mixture and fry them in hot oil.
  5. Take the fried cauliflower on a serving plate and add garlic yogurt on top.
  6. If desired, fry butter and red pepper flakes in a small pan, pour over the fried cauliflower and serve.
