We are together again after a very crowded and fun barbecue party. The editing of the barbecue photos is just finished. For this reason, I could not find the opportunity to write my post after the traditional barbecue.
But since I don't want to leave you without a recipe, I prepared a practical meal. An alternative and delicious recipe for those who consume sucuk only by frying it for breakfast or cooking it with eggs.
Since our topic is sausage, I would like to write 1-2 lines about some cheap sausages sold in markets and markets. When you examine the labels of brands that you have not heard of before, which are both cheap and offer different gifts (such as sausages), you may encounter expressions such as "light-treated sausage-like product". It is impossible to predict what is in these products.
If you have a butcher you trust, order the sausages to him. If you say that such butchers are very difficult to find, choose the sausages of the brands you know, which give detailed explanations on the labels.

Ingredients for Roasted Sausage with Fresh Thyme
- 250 gr sausage
- 1 green or green pepper
- 2 small tomato
- 1 spoonful butter
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- 1 pinch of fresh thyme
Fabrication:
- Cut the sausages and peppers obliquely as in the photo. First cut the tomatoes in half, then cut each piece lengthwise into 5-6 pieces.
- Heat the butter and oil in the pan. Throw the peppers on it and sauté for 1 minute on high heat.
- Add the tomatoes to the peppers and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- When the tomatoes soften and release their juices, add the thyme and turn it 1-2 times.
- Finally, add the sausages and sauté for 1 minute and serve.
