Scallion Pan with Corn Flour
Today I want to share with you a practical and delicious recipe: Fried spring onion! This recipe is both easy and delicious. Moreover, if you wish, you can prepare it by adding leeks.
I plan to serve this pan with olive salad and some yoghurt. That's why I didn't add any oil. However, if you wish, you can further enrich its taste by adding a few tablespoons of olive oil.

Ingredients for Corn Flour Scallion Pan Recipe
- 2 medium egg
- 2,5 cups finely chopped spring onion
- 1 teaspoon of cornmeal
- 1 tea glass of all-purpose flour
- 1 cups grated carrots
- Salt ,
- black pepper,
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Fabrication:
- Place the finely chopped spring onion in a deep bowl.
- Add carrots, flour, corn flour, salt and pepper.
- Add the eggs and mix well, knead by hand if you wish.
- Once all the ingredients are mixed, cook both front and back in a lightly oiled pan.
- Serve with yoghurt and optional olive salad.
