Ingredients for Fresh Fruit Meringue Recipe
- 2 cups of powdered sugar (250 g),
- 4 egg white,
- 2 oranges (or any other seasonal fruit),
- 1 packet of vanilla,
- 1 scoop Carte d'Or Classic Milk Chocolate Ice Cream
Instructions
- Beat the powdered sugar, room temperature egg whites and vanilla in the mixer until it turns into a thick snow.
- Place in a non-stick saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Spread with a spoon at intervals on the baking tray on which you have laid baking paper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Peel and slice the fruit and place on one of the cooled meringues.
- After putting Carte d'Or Classic Milk Chocolate ice cream on it, cover it with other meringue and give it a sandwich look.
