Raspberry Sorbet
Hello Dear Friends,
Since you have started to build your summer cottage, it is inevitable to make refreshing drinks at home. This recipe actually came about when I thawed the frozen raspberries early, which I was going to use for a shoot I was going to do for one of the works I was working on. Unfortunately, the raspberries that remained in the juice came to a point where they could not be drawn, so they immediately met with sugar in the pot :)
It is so simple to make and tastes so successful that I am sure you will love it. Of course, you can also prepare this sherbet with fresh raspberries, but fresh ones are very expensive in Istanbul. It was so convenient at the village market I went to today that I would be lying if I said I didn't feel good.
Another beauty of the raspberry is the perfect color it gives to the sherbet, and after it starts to boil, it reaches such an eye-catching red color at the end.
As always, my suggestion is to serve it with ice and soda. Then don't enjoy it :)
Love…
