Hello Dear Friends,

Many of us cook potatoes in various ways. Boiled, fried, roasted, the list goes on. The recipe that I will share with you today will allow you to cook your potatoes with a taste that is much more than these. I am sure that it will be your new favorite with the legendary taste it leaves on your palate as much as its practicality!

buttered potatoes in pan

In the classic version of this method, medium-sized potatoes are peeled and cut into a cylindrical shape. This is more tedious and most of the potato is wasted. Also while cooking bone broth, chicken water or vegetable broth is being used. If you have water that you have prepared yourself at home, you can add flavor to the taste of potatoes by using it for this recipe. If you want, you can experiment by adding 1 clove of garlic that you crushed when the potatoes start to caramelize.

Meat dishes especially grilled tenderloin It goes great with.

Love…
